Proposal Manager
Qualification:
- Educational Background
- • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- • Industry Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in proposal management, project bidding, or business development within the offshore engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
- • Project Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary proposals and securing large-scale contracts.
- • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of engineering concepts, offshore project requirements, industry-specific standards, and tender processes.

HR Manager
Qualification:
- Educational Background
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience
- • 10+ years in HR management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, policy development, and execution.
- Technical Expertise
- • Strong knowledge of recruitment, candidate selection, and employee onboarding processes.
- • Demonstrated expertise in compensation structures, benefits management, and performance evaluation systems.
- • Proficiency in organizational development and change management.
- Interpersonal Skills
- • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Project Engineer
Qualification
- • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, Marine Engineering or
any related fields
- • 3-5 years of experience in offshore engineering, EPC (Engineering, Procurement
& Construction), or oil & gas projects
- • Knowledge of offshore structures, subsea pipelines, and fabrication techniques is
an advantage
Technical Skills:
- • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SolidWorks)
- • Understanding of offshore construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- • Familiarity with industry standards (API, ASME, DNV, ISO)
- • Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project (MS Project)
and Primavera P6.
IT Technician and Support
Qualification
- • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or technical roles
within a corporate setting
- • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- • Experience working with enterprise applications, IT ticketing systems, and network
infrastructure
Technical Skills
- • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- • Familiarity with IT asset management, system imaging, and deployment tools
(e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Intune)
- • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN,
TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- • Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms such as Microsoft 365,
Azure, and Google Workspace
- • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, including endpoint protection, firewalls,
and antivirus software
